📊 How you score

Boo carries six clues a day, one for every word in the pile, and each one you tap costs a star off your five. The daily board ranks fewest hints, so a no-hint clear takes the crown and a clued-out scrape still counts. Time is shown for bragging rights only, it never touches your rank. Solving the daily grows your streak; missing a day resets it.

💡 Tips

The four bright tiles in the middle are always your opening move, read them before tapping.
Letters you pick stay out of the pile, so every pick uncovers fresh options.
Everyday words beat exotic guesses: only common words are ever hidden.
Returning a middle tile returns the ones after it too, so back out sooner rather than later.

How does Word Destack work?

Thirty letter tiles are stacked in a small pyramid hiding six five-letter words. You tap tiles that are not buried, your picks fill five slots, and the word checks itself on the fifth tile. Find all six to destack the pile.

Why was my word rejected?

Only the day's current word is accepted, and every pile is built so exactly one everyday word is reachable at a time. If your letters bounced, one of them was not part of the word you were spelling. Tap any placed tile to send it back and try another route.

What do the stars mean?

Five stars is a perfect no-hint clear, and each clue you tap out of Boo costs one star (you can never drop below one). Boo carries six clues a day, one for every hidden word, so a run can always finish. The daily leaderboard ranks fewest hints, so a clean run beats a clued one. Your time is displayed for fun and never changes your rank.

Is there a new pile every day?

Yes. Everyone worldwide gets the same pile each game-day (it rolls over early morning Sydney time), and your streak grows for each daily you clear. After that, practice piles are endless but never touch your leaderboard or streak.
