Overview
This policy explains what information free2mobi (“we”) collects when you use free2mobi.com, and how we use it. You can play every game as a guest without creating an account or handing over any personal information.
Account data
If you choose to sign in, we store your email address and, if you sign in with a third-party provider, the basic identity details that provider shares with us. We use this only to save your scores, show you on leaderboards, track badges and streaks, and let you play across devices. Guest play requires none of this.
Where your data lives
Account and gameplay data (scores, personal bests, streaks, challenges) lives in a database we operate ourselves. It is never handed off to a third-party analytics or data broker. Game art and other static assets are served from Cloudflare R2 storage, which never contains personal or account data.
Ads and cookies
As of this policy’s last update, free2mobi runs no advertising and sets no tracking or advertising cookies. We plan to introduce optional rewarded video ads (e.g. watch an ad for an extra life or hint) and standard display ads on browse pages in the future. When that happens, this policy will be updated first to describe exactly what’s collected and how to control it.
What we store on your device
Games keep a small amount of data in your browser’s local storage so they behave sensibly between visits: your audio and display preferences, which how-to screens you’ve already seen, your progress in a level ladder, today’s daily puzzle result, and a finished run waiting to be saved if you sign up. None of it leaves your device except the score you choose to save, and clearing your browser data removes all of it.
If you play without an account we also store a randomly generated label for your device, such as MistySilverfish99. It is not linked to your name, email or any account, and we use it for one thing: telling how many different people are playing right now, rather than counting the same person twice for replaying a game. The only copy that reaches our server sits on a presence record that is deleted within 24 hours, and the label itself is erased from your device as soon as you sign in or create an account.
Children’s privacy
free2mobi is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
